Connecting the street to resources, mentorship, and community.
VibeTree does not hand out beds or meals. We do something harder and longer-lasting: we help people find the resources already around them, pair them with a mentor who checks in every single day, and stay with them until independence is real.
Who we walk with
People rebuilding their lives.
VibeTree connects people to the community resources that already exist near them — then adds the part nobody else does: a mentor, achievable goals, a daily check-in, and someone who keeps showing up.
The whole program
4 things.
Done right.
A Way In
We don't hand out housing or food. We find the resources near you and get you through the door.
A Mentor
A friend, a mentor, a big brother. Daily check-ins — not weekly.
A Plan
Know where you stand, then set goals you can actually hit. Together.
A Purpose
Get your stuff in order and you're a mentor too. That's the whole point.
How it works
Five steps.
One person at a time.
Contact
Someone reaches out — on the street, out of jail, out of prison, out of a halfway house, or by self-referral. No ID, no forms, no judgement.
Resources
We help you find the community resources that already exist near you and walk you through the door.
Goals
We get honest about where you stand and what has to happen next, then set achievable goals together.
Daily check-ins
Not weekly. Daily. Your friend, your mentor, your big brother — someone who keeps showing up.
Mentor
Once your own stuff is in order, you're a mentor too. You stay in the network for life.
From the network
The people who picked up the phone.
“I called Bryan from a payphone. Two days later I had keys, a bed, and someone who actually answered his phone at 2am.”

“VibeTree isn't a program. It's a phone tree of people who've been there. That's why it works.”
